Breakfast was described as fabulous, but was quite disappointing, especially for the price.

The breakfast at the highly-rated restaurant with a Michelin star here was delicious, served hot, and had a wide variety of options, all for a reasonable price.

The hotel is in a very quiet location and has a large garden and enough parking spaces. The associated brasserie is simply equipped, breakfast and dinner good. We ordered steak "rear" and received it in a way that is not really common in England. We were made aware at check-in that there would be a wedding party on the last evening of our stay. We hardly noticed any of it.
There's no safe in the room.

The location was good in a lovely quiet area. The rooms were great-sized and recently renovated with a good large sized bathroom. Lovely view across gardens. My stay was really really nice, and the entire staff were exceptionally friendly. I appreciated this hotel and would return anytime.

Nothing too much trouble, loved this place and recommend. Sincerely, it was a really comfortable stay for the 3 nights of our stay. Location: the hotel was really close to the main restaurant, a nice park, and Oxford. Popped in Red Lion for shots before sleep, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

The location was marvelous - short walk close to town and restaurants, and the center of Faringdon. Had nice dainties at Stay Grounded, located not too far from the hotel.Reasonable breakfast with an espresso, bacon, gluten-free options, it had so much choice.
